JIC Refractory Products Ltd specialises in the manufacture of custom refractory shapes that are constructed at our facility in Sheffield. Pre-cast shaped include pier blocks, burner tiles and burner blocks.

We also have the capability to manufacture the exact size and shape needed for your application. Our casting facility consists of a high intensity paddle mixer and a custom built oven for drying and firing requirements. All manufactured products are cured, prior to a mimimum 450 degrees centigrade dry-out, with the capacity to form a ceramic bond by fully firing pre-cast shapes to 1000 degrees centigrade.
